Our Objective

One idea, held since 1998: every student deserves a real season — proper fixtures, fair officials, and a final worth training for.

The idea

Sport as part of an education, not an extra

The association exists to organise, promote and develop inter-school sport across the city — so that competition isn't a privilege of the biggest schools, but a fixture in every student's year. We believe the lessons that matter most on a games field — discipline, teamwork, losing well and winning better — belong to every child, in every school, in every division.

Practically, that means one shared calendar: the association books the venues, appoints qualified officials, fixes the age-group rules, and publishes every result. Schools bring the teams. Nothing about a school's size, budget or history changes how its fixtures are run.

Everything on this site — the fixture board, the standings, the circulars — is in service of that one objective.

What we stand for

Four pillars, every season

Each is a promise the association makes to its schools — and a standard the schools hold us to.

Access for every school

Affiliation fees are kept deliberately low and every division gets equal fixtures, venues and finals billing — big school or small.

Fair, qualified officiating

Every fixture is officiated by the association's appointed panel, with a published code of conduct for teams, staff and supporters.

A calendar you can plan on

Fixtures, venues and reserve days are published before the season starts, and changes are circulated to every affected school.

Pathways for talent

Standout performers are flagged to district and state selectors, so a school final can be the first rung of a much longer ladder.
