How does a school become affiliated?
Submit the request on the School Registration page (or the affiliation form from Downloads). The office reviews applications within three working days, and affiliation is confirmed by the executive committee at its next sitting.
What does affiliation cost?
A modest annual affiliation fee plus per-team entry fees for each discipline. The current schedule of fees is circulated with the affiliation confirmation and is kept deliberately low so no school is priced out of the calendar.
Which age groups can we enter?
Under-8 through Under-17, in Boys, Girls and Co-Ed divisions depending on the discipline. Cut-off dates for each category are in the Age Eligibility Circular on the Downloads page.
Who provides officials and venues?
The association appoints qualified officials for every fixture and books venues centrally. Schools only need to get their teams — and their supporters — to the ground on time.
How are results and standings published?
Results are posted on the Results page within 48 hours of each fixture, and the overall championship table is updated alongside. Registered schools also receive a weekly results digest by email during the season.
